I found my first ENTERPRISE No 4917 nestling in the boat park at Rutland Water and called it ALL I'VE GOT .Then the work started to overhaul my E. Many a happy hour was spent in rubbing down, preparing and filling the hull and deck, before applying primer, undercoat and bright red gloss finish. I even entered my first open meeting in ALL I'VE GOT, apparently the race officer was heard to say "that ENTERPRISE at the back isn't doing us any favours". Oh well not much change there then. | |

My second ENTERPRISE was purchased jointly with my crew, Ray, from within the Northampton Sailing Club and she was called Whisper No 14945. Whisper was of composite construction and we had a lot of fun with her club racing and the odd open meeting. | |
